The ICC Men’s T-20 World Cup 2028 schedule has been announced by the Australia Cricket Board and the New Zealand Cricket. The format of the ICC T-20 world Cup in the form of Twenty-20. The ICC gave to support Australia and New Zealand to host the mega event ICC Men,s T-20 World Cup 2028.In this tournament there will be 20 teams will be participated in 2028 T-20 World Cup and 55 matches will be played in the different value of Australia and New Zealand. The first match of this ICC Men,s T-20 World Cup will be played on October 2028.

Qualifications for the ICC Men’s T-20 World Cup 2028

There are 20 teams will participate in the ICC Men’s T-20 World Cup 2028 format. All of the ICC full members will be automatically in the tournament and remaining places will be filled the the qualifier tournament is known as the T-20 world Cup Qualifier.

ICC Men’s T-20 World Cup 2028 Final Tournament

In each group stages matches,Teams fight each other on the bases on the following criteria:

  • A higher number of points
  • If equal,higher number of wins
  • If still equal,higher net run rate
  • If still equal to lower bowling strike rate
  • If still equal, result of the head-to-head meeting

If the match is tie between two, than a super-over will decide who is the winner of the ICC Men’s T-20 World Cup.If the case of tie occurs in the super-over, the ICC would be played super-overs until there is a winner. The team wins the title of ICC Men,s T-20 World Cup ,the ICC gives the trophy that is made of silver and rhodium.The trophy has a weight approximately 7.5 kg and stands 51cm tall with a width 19cm at the top and 14cm at the base.
